About Me

I am Elizabeth May

For most of my life, I was what I call an "anxiety junkie" — someone who unknowingly fed off stress and lived in a constant state of fight-or-flight. I spent 20 years in high-stress corporate environments where anxiety wasn't just a side effect; it was the fuel I thought I needed to succeed. But that fuel was burning me out from the inside.


My breaking point became my breakthrough.


I turned to yoga and massage therapy not as hobbies, but as lifelines — and they fundamentally changed my relationship with my body, my breath, and my nervous system. What started as personal survival evolved into a calling: to be a guide and conduit for others on their own path to physical and mental wellbeing.


Today I bring that lived experience together with professional training and expertise. As a Licensed Massage Therapist with 8 years of experience, I specialize in Craniosacral Therapy, Zero Balancing, and Somatic Release — modalities rooted in nervous system regulation, structural balance, and embodied healing. As an RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, with a personal practice dating back to 2003, I weave mindful movement and breathwork into every session. And as a perspective-based life coach, I help clients examine the stories and patterns keeping them stuck in anxiety — and discover a calmer, clearer way of seeing themselves and their lives.


Each of these offerings stands powerfully on its own. Together, they create a complete path from chronic stress and tension to ease, balance, and peace.


I know this path because I have walked it. That journey gives me a deep, lived understanding of what you may be going through — and a compassionate, practical approach to helping you find your way back to yourself.
