
For most of my life, I was what I call an "anxiety junkie"—someone who unknowingly fed off stress and lived in a constant state of fight-or-flight. I spent 20 years in high-stress corporate environments where anxiety wasn't just a side effect; it was the fuel I thought I needed to succeed.
But that fuel was burning me out from the inside.
My breaking point became my breakthrough. I turned to yoga and massage therapy not as hobbies, but as lifelines—and they fundamentally changed my relationship with my body, my breath, and my nervous system. What started as personal survival evolved into a calling: to be a conduit in other people's lives for better health, physically and mentally.
Today, as a Licensed Massage Therapist with 8 years of professional experience, I specialize in Craniosacral Therapy, Zero Balancing, and Somatic Release—modalities that focus on nervous system regulation, structural balance, and embodied healing. I'm also an RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, with a personal practice dating back to 2003 that now informs how I integrate mindful movement and breathwork into every session.
